Os Residentes devem comunicar ao Proprietário, qualquer anomalia que se verifique no funcionamento do alojamento. 7. Os equipamentos coletivos não poderão ser deslocados dos locais próprios sem autorização prévia do Proprietário. 8. Por razões de segurança e higiene, é proibido cozinhar, lavar ou tratar roupa fora dos espaços especificamente destinados a esse fim. 9. Os Residentes deverão evitar perturbar o silêncio no alojamento, nomeadamente através da utilização de meios audiovisuais, entre as 22H00 horas e as 08H00 horas. 10. O Proprietário poderá autorizar a realização de jantares, festas e outros eventos, que terminem até às 22H00, desde que os Residentes proponentes se comprometam e responsabilizem por cumprir as regras definidas. 11. É proibido fumar nos espaços fechados do alojamento de acordo com a legislação vigente. 12. Por razões de segurança, é proibido aos Residentes a guarda no alojamento de substâncias e materiais perigosos, nomeadamente os facilmente inflamáveis, explosivos ou corrosivos. 13. A correspondência e avisos destinados aos Residentes devem ser recolhidos na caixa de correio do apartamento, sendo somente entregues ao seu destinatário, que se identifica para o efeito. 14. Os Residentes deverão comunicar ao Proprietário o extravio ou roubo da chave, o mais rapidamente possível. Quando ocorra o extravio de chaves atribuídas, será imputado ao Residente o custo de execução das mesmas. 15. O alojamento destina-se exclusivamente aos seus Residentes, estando vedado o acesso para dormidas a não Residentes, salvo acordo prévio do Proprietário. 16. Os Residentes são responsáveis pelos danos causados, por dolo ou negligência, nos equipamentos ou instalações do alojamento. 17. O Proprietário não se responsabiliza por estragos, perdas ou roubos de objectos pertencentes aos Residentes ou das suas visitas. 18. Os Residentes não podem facilitar o acesso e/ou permanência de animais na habitação.
