You have access to the rooms on the ground floor of the house, namely the kitchen and the bathroom/wc which is dedicated to you. We are a family of 4. The accommodation is located on the third floor without lift in a residence in the Saint Augustin district, close to all shops, bus 11 (which goes to St Jean station) and 42, tram A station St Augustin. Close to Pellegrin Hospital. The bedroom faces south-west.

The owners live in Guyana all year round and are only present a few weeks a year. Access to the living rooms is free in their absence but is limited to the preparation of meals in their presence (meals taken in their room). Five rooms are occupied year-round. The south-facing Listing bedroom is very quiet and overlooks the small garden of the house. The cleaning of the common areas in the absence of the owners is carried out jointly by the tenants. The room is ideally located for students: large townhouse near the St Jean, Saint-Michel, Victoire train station. Located on the 2nd floor with window on the garden. Shower room and WC shared with the 2 other bedrooms upstairs, also rented. Cupboards, double bed, desk, WI-FI. Free access to the kitchen to prepare meals. Washing machine available.
