The room is open for short term rental only while waiting to find the right person who will rent for the year. I therefore do not rent for less than 7/8 months, except by the week, which I open as time goes on. For example, you can ask me for from Sunday evening and a duration of one week.

A nice bedroom, a large sofa bed in the living room (just in case ;), TV, Internet, kitchenware and appliances, are ALL at your disposal.
