The owners live in Guyana all year round and are only present a few weeks a year. Access to the living rooms is free in their absence but is limited to the preparation of meals in their presence (meals taken in their room). Five rooms are occupied year-round. The south-facing Listing bedroom is very quiet and overlooks the small garden of the house. The cleaning of the common areas in the absence of the owners is carried out jointly by the tenants. The room is open for short term rental only while waiting to find the right person who will rent for the year. I therefore do not rent for less than 7/8 months, except by the week, which I open as time goes on. For example, you can ask me for from Sunday evening and a duration of one week.
