Due to a move downstairs with the hubby since our three children have moved to Melbourne to live and work, we would like to offer upstairs level with three bedrooms, large lounge, fully functional kitchen, large bathroom and separate loo to any interested parties.
The rooms with rent for $200 per week each, however that includes internet, Foxtel, all bills (except electricity, which can vary from season season but we put say $15 per week on it).
The house is high on a hill, has superb views of the Adelaide Plains to the coast and it is surrounded by nature, wildlife and peace and quiet.
Due to the distance of public transport, a car would be preferable to make things easier for you.
