Beaucoup de points positifs comme la magnifique cours, le logement est petit mais pratique et bien insonorisé. Alors que le propriétaire et ses enfants sont tout à fait charmant je ne peux pas dire de même de la conjointe et c'est malheureusement avec celle-ci que j'ai dû transigé durant les 5 mois de la location. Je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit pour un long séjour mais pour quelques jours ça convient. Sachez aussi que c'est assez loin du centre-ville de Bordeaux en transport en commun.

It's a real quiet place to study. We are calm and speak English. There is no parking facilities but we have a bicycle park.Several transportation means to move around and to Bordeaux as train, tramway, bus and bicycle. An ideal location to move easily: 5 min walking to the nearest tramway station to universities campus, 10 min walking to the railways station or city center (cinema, shops, …). We propose to pick you up at the airport for your arrival (15 min by car from the house).All charges are included as well as the cleaning of the common areas.
